This is the TIE Invader, an advanced fighter from the First Order. I made this design thinking in a fighter showed in the Episode VII art from the pre-production. It was added in the last version.



I was thinking.........why not? they have two different TIEs, why can I not add a TIE Interceptor with some changes. This unit is in the last version.

Time for show some from the Resistance. This faction will replace the Corporate Sector and it will have some new units as the Raddus Cruiser seen in the Episode VIII.

Another video. Part three from this game, not combat by the moment, I continue setting my Empire. It is a slow thing, first I need resources, next research, build and more resources.

Just wanted to say that I purchased Polaris just for this mod, and you have done an incredible job - I haven't had this much fun and satisfaction with a Star Wars game/mod since Rebellion first released to PC.

Absolutely awesome job - your passion really comes through in your work!

Thanks, yes I made the mod thinking in the old Rebellion game. Now with lucky, I will be able to create a galaxy with the planets in the same position than the SW atlas. I will take time but it ill be fun. However, it needes a new patch from the game because it can not load edited scenarios.

Lately I have been making some improvements. Mostly in the First Order ships, I did not like how dark they were. Now, you can watch them easier in game.

Today, I have released a new patch, it replaces the previous and it adds new improves.

The biggest improve are ships from the First Order with more brightness and more centered. It will improve the battles with them.

Few moments ago, I have added the new scenarios with the 320 planets galaxy. Finally even I added 10 planets from the new canon. You could see them in Rogue One, Episode VII and VIII. The names from the scenarios add the first letters from the factions which you can choose in these scenarios. Rebels and Empire are in several scenarios, against different factions and even they have a scenario only for them.

This file adds new scenario Galaxies for the mod, just uncompress it in the folder where you installed the Polaris Sector Alliance overwritting all files.

These files will work with the version 1.06e only and if you have the Lumens DLC, you can play the First Order Scenario. But remember, I have not added the Resistance yet.

I have made some changes and I have published a new patch at http://www.moddb.com/mods/star-wars-polaris-sector-alliance/downloads

It is the patch 3 for the 1.06d&1.06e. Probably you will be curious about because this patch is for both versions. The reason is how it works with both versions and the unique difference is to run with the new scenarios adding the Star Wars Galaxy, it is a feature only from the 1.06e.

Another point. Probably the new scenarios runs with game versions before 1.06d. Never with 1.06d.

For help you downloading the mod, I have set as Old-Obsolete the versions which you do not need if you have the game updated with the last 1.06e.

The last versions are set as Active.

DLC Lumens is only neccesary if you want play with the First Order or against this faction.

These are the additions from the patch 3:
-Cells improvements.
-Ships improvements.
-Descriptions improved.
-First Order can build all the ground units.
-New Galaxies scenarios added.
-Small fixes and improvements in other files.
-Previous patches additions.

Now. You will need these things if you want play the mod.

This is the basic installation.

-Uncompress the mod with winrar in the main game folder.

-Search the file REMEMBER.CFG into the new folder named Polaris_Sector_Alliance and cut it, paste the file into the folder ..\Documents\My Games\Polaris Sector\.. , overwrite the file into it.

-Launch the game. Remember, this version version from the mod is only translated to English. You must select the English in the game settings.

-Mod uninstall. Open the file REMEMBER.CFG into the folder ..\Documents\My Games\Polaris Sector\.. and replace the line CurrentModPath "Polaris_Sector_Alliance/" by //CurrentModPath "Polaris_Sector_Alliance/"

The mod adds a complete list of credits if you want to know about them.
