Never, the final version only works with Steam and let me give you an advice, if I find it shared by other people without my permission, I will shutdown the mod. Just buy the game in Steam and support the mod. These days it has a big discount.
during installation, the error ” cannot be found ../GOG”
You must unzip it where you have the swfoc.exe file.
Do you have game crashes in Steam version in Skrimsh or GC .? Because i went to my friend and install mod to SW FoC exe catalog on steam version and we have some exit whithout any errors just fall to desktop . His PC have 16gb Ram and 1070 Gpu on I7 7700k

If it goes slow, it is because you play with a slow computer. You should try the smaller GC.
